Because of my connection to all of you through the years, I write this note with deep gratitude. The Quartet’s music for Erin and Kader’s celebration was incredibly superb.

There is no substitution for live musicians performing nor will there EVER be a viable substitution. My sincere thanks to all of you for your magnificent contribution to a most memorable event.

A year and a half ago, my son proposed to his high school sweetheart. She accepted his proposal and they decided on an outdoor wedding. Early on in the planning stage, they decided that they would prefer to have musicians rather than taped music. It is at that point we began searching and discovered String Quartet Con Brio.

We have worked with Sue Temple, the Manager of String Quartet Con Brio, over the last eleven months, and from the initial contact through contracting, to guidance and suggestions with music selection, and even our last minute changes, she has been a joy to work with.

Their performance at the wedding helped to create a storybook ceremony! I cannot even count the number of favorable comments I received from our guests; everyone enjoyed the music and the ambiance it created.

I highly recommend String Quartet Con Brio to anyone looking to add that special flare to his or her event. 

String Quartet Con Brio was contracted to play for my daughter’s wedding in July of 08. Our entire experience with the quartet, from the initial meeting with Sue Temple, the manager, through the end of their performance at the ceremony, was very positive.  Sue was very helpful to my daughter by suggesting appropriate music to be performed and how best to use the quartet for the different parts of the ceremony. They were also willing and able to work with a soloist of the bride and groom’s choosing. The quartet’s professionalism and obvious experience, helped put everyone’s mind at ease as we prepared for that hectic day. The end result was a lovely ceremony made even more elegant and memorable because of the beautiful music of String Quartet Con Brio.

Michael Schaefer and his string quartet, Con Brio played for both of my daughters’ weddings. I couldn’t have been more pleased. My two girls had differing tastes in wedding style and music. Michael accommodated each of their requests. Conbrio’s professionalism and quality of sound added elegance to each of the weddings. I am happy to recommend Michael and his group to anyone seeking beautiful music.  Thank you Conbrio.
